Overview
About Me
I'm from a tiny hamlet in a northeast german lake district and grew up on a farm with horses and other animals where we grew most of our own food but we've always traveled a lot as a family. I've recently finished school and am taking a gap year now to get to know as much of the world as I can.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like it because it's a good way to meet new interesting people with different backgrounds. And I grew up in a home that always hosted a lot of travellers even before resources like this existed so I think this is a great opportunity. And I like it to get a look under the hood of the places I go and get a feel for the local culture and not *just* look at some old buildings.
Interests
I like to make music a lot. I can play the piano, violin and some others. At the moment I'm teaching myself to play ukulele because it's handy and easy to bring along when travelling. I'm also into sports and movement and used to be competitive in a few disciplines but lately I've mostly been learning (partner)acrobatics whenever and wherever I can, especially now that I'm travelling. And since I grew up in the countryside I rode a lot but that's also not possible when on the road.
I like to just hang out and chill.
