About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To help myself and others realize ultimate human potential.

ABOUT ME

UPDATE: I am on Maui now, living in Haiku doing work trade. I don't have a car so I'm finding it difficult to get around and connect with people. So I figured I would try online. I'm looking for new friends, magic, and adventure. Hit me up!
I am now 29 and a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Hawaii, living and working on a farm in Kauai, and loving life. I strive to do and be my best, learning from both the ups and downs of Life. I'll have to ask the owners of the farm if they'll accept people onto the farm from couch surfing, that would be fun. [Update(7/27/2018)]

I am 25 and still looking for something to be continuously passionate about. I have a lot of hopes and dreams, but I tend to sabotage myself before actualizing them. It is an ongoing effort for me to stop doing the things I don't like to do, and do the things I do like.

I'm kind, respectful, and understand that everyone has the right to their own opinion. Truth is important to me, but my loyalty to it has ended in me being called, "brutally honest", "coldly honest", and "stupidly honest". There's a balance in everything.

Despite all this I am silly and goofy, because life is too short to be too serious. I can't count how many times I've been called a weirdo. It's all in good fun though.

I am a high energy dude(sometimes too much so) and love to try and keep things moving. I am outgoing and love to meet new people. I have a personality that tries to adapt to each meeting. I am myself and not everyone is going to like me, but I put my best foot forward and try to act in a way that is well received by most people.

PHILOSOPHY

Love yourself, love others.
Do what you want if it doesn't hurt other people. Try and do "good".
Laugh, sing, dance everyday.
I'm a hugger.
Be honest, especially with yourself.
Don't burn bridges.
There IS a light at the end of the tunnel; even if it seems bad now, it will get better.
Life is vast, don't feel so self-important.
But if it is important, write it down.
The golden rule: treat others as THEY want to be treated.
I love god, but no god is more right than any other god, even no-god.
I live to remind myself and others that life is meant to be enjoyed, so relax and have some tea with me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been a waiter in restaurants for the past 4+ years, and I've stuck with it for so long because I enjoy serving people, entertaining, fostering good times with good laughs. I try to bring this into my day to day interactions, helping out where I can, and sometimes playing the fool just for some laughs. I try and make an environment comfortable by staying sensitive to the people within it and doing what I can to make people feel good. I have a lot of love and I make a point to share it with as many people as possible.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never used this website to surf a couch, but I've been doing it for about a month now amongst family and friends. Twice I have hosted(through my old roommate's profile) people from this website. And I used to have a good friend who hosts people fairly frequently, and was able to help host in some situations. Everyone I have met through this website are very friendly, conscientious people that I would love to meet again someday. I really enjoyed showing popular places around Philadelphia to the Couchsurfers, and helping them to enjoy their visit here to the max. Several times epic nights out at bars and dance clubs resulted in very memorable experiences.

Jumped out of a plane with no parachute...just kidding. But I did jump out of a plane.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach you how to spin a frisbee on your finger, or how to stand on your head. Maybe you might want to learn about Reiki, or how I stay positive.
