ABOUT ME

Me, my father and his father were all born in the same place In Hawaii! 3rd Gen, but still not Hawaiian. Had a past life as a fashion designer in NYC for 11 years, then spent the next 8 at a spiritual retreat center/yoga community above Santa Cruz, silently sitting thru lots of zen retreats, running their bookstore, arranging flowers and making monster costumes for their epic Ramayana plays. It's been a crazy, varied, wild ride. Now slowly making my way thru Asia. edit-tuckered out, & hunkering down in San sperate &assissi. big fan of non-dual wisdom and playful innocence.

Interests

Love music! And mini dance attacks wherever I hear it. And mini meditation breaks all the time. Honestly, i don't do much. Currently writing a book. Easily entertained and usually pretty playful. Not a big talker, except when I am. Love architecture and beautiful things, and also totally un squeamish and unafraid of the darker side of life. Never met a pet I didn't try and pet. Not much of a planner, I just follow my intuition.

Moments? The universe keeps dazzling me with weeks of wonder and wow. Hard to pick moments. Burning man 2011. Mooji in Thiruvanamalai. Mini monkeys in Thailand craziness. Zorb giant hamster ball on a Balinese sea. Girivalam full moon barefoot walk around Arunachala with half a million Indians. Holi color throwing festival at Pilot Baba's with Bhangra and Bhang.
