HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Networking's fun. It has always been, even before the internet.
Surfed on people's beds, floors and couches on my travels to Europe and the US and made some fun friends along the way. Had always hosted relatives, pen-pals and passersby, both as a married woman and as a teenager at my parents' house in suburbia.
We just came back from two and a half months in North America and did some couchsurfing there. Couch is available again, but call ahead to make sure that we're not in some sort of a limbo.

hitchiked in the US and in Europe - even the creepy rides are amusing enough to tell; survived 3-4 suicide bombings on busses (but who's counting?); found the perfect bureka (drop a line if you're going to Jerusalem and I'll share the love); became a mother of two cats.

I make art. I trade art. I have albums filled with ATC's (which are artist trading cards) and postoids. I have art dolls and handmade toys on the walls and shelves and drawers, mini books and altered books in the cupboards and collages and photos on the walls. My work can be found in collections practically all over the place, from Fiji to Lebanon. I love giving art and receiving art (mostly of the miniature kind, for postage matters) and almost always ready to trade.
