About Me
I have quite recently moved to Berlin where I study English and history, possibly to become a teacher, possibly to do something else. I have not quite figured that out yet which does not matter since I am really enjoying Uni life atm.
I grew up in a Bremen which is in the north of Germany and much smaller than Berlin and slowly getting used to living in a big city. Berlin is a great place and really has a lot to offer and I am trying to make he most of living here. After finishing school I went on a Gap Year in Australia were I was working at a School in Hobart, Tasmania an also did a lot of travelling. It was the best time of my life , I really loved the experience of living in a foreign country and I would love to do it again some time soon.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love travelling and meeting new people which is why I created this account.
After returning home from Australia, I have started missing travelling and exploring a lot .
Since my budget as a student is rather limited, CSurfing seemed like an amazing possibility that doesn't only give you a sleeping place but also the opportunity to meet new people , get to know different cultures and maybe also get some insider tips about the city.
I have never hosted anyone myself before but I would love to do so since I love having guests around and sharing my stories and knowledge about Berlin :-)
I will only be able to host on weekends though because my weeks are usually pretty busy. Also , it would be nice to know at least 2 weeks in advance .

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I did the South Coast Track which is a 90 kilometer walk along the South Coast of Tasmania. It is considered one of the most rugged trails of Australia and it was the most physically challenging but also the most amazing thing I have ever done.
I would love to do it again !
Teach, Learn, Share
I love teaching other people my language so if you are interested in German I am happy to teach you some !
I enjoy cooking and baking and I'd love to cook for you if I stay at your place.
