ABOUT ME

I'm 23 years old. I am a musician. I like to travel, when I have free time. I try to do it at least once a year. I am neat and organised. I smoke occasionally. I like to party and just hang out. My main interests include music, environmentalism, experimenting with challenges that life throws upon me, studying the nature and trying to become more empathetic every day.

In 2015 I hitchhiked from Finland, through Scandinavia to UK to Western Europe, then through Italy, Switzerland, Austria and Czech Republic and through Poland and the Baltics back to Estonia. That was a trip, I will never forget and what changed my life thanks to the Road and the people I met, also through Couchsurfing and Trustroots. I think we would have a lot to talk about.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing gives people an opportunity to see places from another perspective than just tourism. Staying with locals and sharing music, literature, food and thoughts with eachother creates an unique exchange between people who have just met and come from totally different places. Couchsurfing is a place that connects these people who are willing to open up to eachother.

Indie, folk, jazz, progressive rock. Anything from Bob Dylan to Mats&Morgan really.
I read alot, mostly poetry by Estonian authors and by the writers from the Beat generation. I really like to read stories about nature and animals as well. British and French classics are also unbeatable.

I prefer European cinema and recently I have discovered South Korean filmmakers and Japanese animation for myself as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Saved 4 people from suicide.
Travelling alone in Europe hitchhiking for 4 months.
Finishing music college.

Music, I can share my hands - I can help you clean, build, garden or do anything my body is capable of. I can teach you to sing or play some instruments and I know alot about nature, so we could go explore all the greenness around us.
