I'm 23 years old medical student at Poznan University of Medical Science. I was born in Warsaw, the capital city of Poland, but I decided to study in Poznan. In the future, I want to become a pediatrician to be able to help the smallest patients.
I strongly believe that people can achieve great things if they work together. That's why I'm a volunteer in a project that helps mission hospitals in Kenya. I spent almost 3 months in Africa for the past two years and I'm pretty sure that I'm going to come back next year.
In my free time, I usually cook(or bake), read, paint or meet other people. So if you have a kitchen I could use, I would probably make some pasta or another Italian dish for you (yes I'm a Polish girl, but I just love Italian cuisine!).
I'm very friendly, talkative and helpful. I was extremely shy when I was younger but right now I just only blush from time to time and I can't help it (you can ask my boyfriend, he makes me blush all the time).
Oh did I mention that I love to travel? That's why I'm here and I just can't wait to start my adventure with Couchsurfing!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that traveling is not only about places, but mainly about the people you meet on the way.
Do you know that feeling when you start talking with a stranger and you just know it's going to be your friend? or the person that will change your life, dreams or just your path? Well I know, I found those strangers in Poznan, in Kenya and in many others places in Europe and now they are my best friends.
I know that without traveling or moving to a different city to study I would be another person today. So yeah, that is my major reason to travel.
Of course, I want to experience a new city, new culture, new cuisine. But for me, journey should change you somehow and help you to become a better person. And you can learn a lot about yourself during a long trip, can't you?
