I live with my girlfriend in a cute apartment just north of the city. It takes about 20 minutes to go from downtown Stockholm to our apartment (12 minutes on the metro from Stockholm Central Station and then a 5-10 minutes walk). We are calm, quiet people (...mostly), so we can't recommend any night clubs since we don't really party very much :) But we LOVE museums! I'm into science, she's into arts and the humanities, and we both love history. Also cafés, sightseeing spots, pubs, second-hand shops, etc.
