I was accepted to study Digital Marketing at Cornerstone College. It is going to be my first time in Canada!

BASICS I’m 23 years old student from Czech Republic. I’ve traveled a lot as a kid with my parents and I felt in love with the feeling of freedom. My dream is not just to make a tick on my travel list, it is to get to know the country and local people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling solo can sometimes be more difficult but it offers a huge advantage of meeting new people. Two years ago I’ve finally found enough courage to do my first solo trip so I went to trip around Sri Lanka for five weeks. I used Couchsurfing and it gave me the opportunity to live with local people. The idea behind CS is truly amazing, it can connect people from all around the world and thanks to my hosts I wasn’t feeling alone even for a minute. I believe that even if you meet someone for a very short period of time it can stay in your mind for the rest of your life. Sharing is caring.

Interests

I have many interests. I enjoy all kind of sports (skiing, climbing, triathlon, dancing, beach volleyball,...), traveling, cooking but also drinking a beer and going to party. I love photography and editing so I can play with my GoPro camera for hours. I want a little bit of everything in my life.
