About Me

Hello, my name is Karol. Travelling is what I do from time to time and always enjoy as much as I possibly can. Worked in Greece and the US, studied in Finland, living in Warszawa, Poland.
In my opinion travelling is mostly about meeting people, with places serving as rotating landscapes. They might be astonishing sometimes, but the people are more interesting to me. More you learn from others, people with different backgrounds, mentalities and life experiences - the more you know about yourself, I think.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

There are things about the places to visit or even visited already, you can't get from no guidebooks, travel channels or stories found online - you get them from the people only. Surprisingly (or totally not...), those are usually the most interesting things about certain regions, cultures or societies.
Couchsurfing serves as a platform connecting people with that kind of attitude, I suppose. So here I am, spreading the Coachsurfing vibe :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visited more countries than my parents possibly could in my age.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Hospitality is one of the virtues the Poles are known for internationally and here it goes both ways. I usually arrive with some Polish goodies to share with my Hosts, unless one's profile gives me another idea. Accept my request to find out :)
+ pure gratitude of being a guest, interesting chat possibly, modest cooking skills and sure some jokes!
