I'm a consultant and right before I head off to my MBA program this fall, I've planned to visit Eastern Europe. I'm a beginner traveler and a vegetarian so I probably have more trouble than most in finding food. I have a 'prepare first' attitude but once I'm prepared and know where I'm going I can rest a little easy.
