Overview
About Me
I grew up in India where I studied and also worked for about 3 years as a Software Engineer in Adobe Systems (on an Ad related product unrelated to Photoshop :P)
I've been trying to find things that I'm passionate about which is why I came to grad school in Madison, Wisconsin in the August of 2018.
So far, I've loved every moment of my journey!
I was an avid motorcyclist and loved my bike like my baby until I had to leave her behind in India :(
I like running, playing basketball, frisbee, table tennis and going to the gym. Pretty much any sport interests me!
I absolutely love music. I'm far better at listening to it than playing it but I dabble at the guitar and piano and I used to be able to sing until my voice cracked :P
I'm always looking for new people to meet, new things to learn and fun things to do!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
One of the main reasons I love traveling is because I want to meet cool new people! My friends told me that couchsurfing is the way to do this, so here I am! I would also love to host cool people in my humble dwelling in Madison.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love a wide range of music but all primarily from 70s and 80s. My favorite artist is Eric Clapton and my favorite song is Wonderful Tonight.
My favorite movies in no particular order are The Lion King, The Matrix, Batman Begins, Inception.. Okay I give up. I can't make a list.
My favorite books are The Inheritance Series (Eragon), Guns of Navarone by Alistair Maclean, Foundation by Isaac Asimov.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I rode 800km on my beloved motorcyle, my Yamaha R3 on a single day from 5am to 11pm!
Teach, Learn, Share
I've recently fallen in love with the concept of mindfulness and meditation.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I hope to share interesting conversation on my thoughts on life, love and philosophy! And if there's a guitar around, play some music! If there's a speaker around, listen to some wonderful music!
