ABOUT ME

There was a time in my life when I defined myself as a traveling whitewater kayaker and rock climber. I've lived and worked on 5 continents including the South Pole station on Antarctica! Three years ago I found myself in the desert of Tucson, AZ. I fell in love with the desert and have been here ever since. I worked as a hiking guide for my first 2 years here so I am very knowledgeable of the surrounding mountains. I now work as a massage therapist and physical therapy technician. I am a yoga practitioner and lover of life. I have a serious meditation practice and daily study of eastern philosophy. I am currently learning Sanskrit and take classes at Diamond Mountain University in Bowie, AZ. I do not drink, smoke or use drugs.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I thought that I coined the phrase couch surfing, I really thought that!! So when I found this website I knew I must find others out there like me! While kayaking and rockclimbing, I lived out of my truck surfing couches throughout the states, New Zealand, Europe and even Asia!!
