ABOUT ME

The older I get the more I realize that i'm completely addicted to having new experiences. I'm always pushing myself to experience or see something new. In general I love anything to do with meeting new people, culture, and the outdoors ... and of course music. I'm a really easygoing, adventurous person, and whilst traveling I figure anything is worth trying once.

Books: The Power of One, Tandia, Out of Africa, anything by Bill Bryson, and great historical fiction.
Music: I pretty much love Paul Simon and the Strokes, however I think the Strokes need to layoff the crack for a while so they can produce a new album. But In general i think there is a time and a place for all types of music, however i'm not a huge fan of country music.

I find it hard to pick just a few moments in time that left me awestruck. I've had so many amazing experiences, sometimes I struggle to keep them all fresh in my mind. But if I had to choose, I would say that camping on Fraser Island in Australia when I was 19 would definitely be at the top of my list. It was my first real backpacking experience alone, and i've never felt so alive and excited to be part of the traveling world. The Dingos that wondered the beaches, and bioluminescence that lit the sand up at night when you walked by also made it a pretty special experience!
