I have had this desire within me to travel for as long as I can remember. I would dream of African safaris where I lived in a tent and provided round the clock Veterinary care to domestic and exotic animals. Long gone are the dreams of being a Vet but not the dreams of the African safaris. ( if I could slip in a little Veterinary networking and do some good I would ) I got my first taste of travel when I was 21 in Germany with my best friend, from the minute we landed at home I couldnt help but think of all the other places I wanted to go. It took years of " life" to be able to travel again but in 2013 my Boyfriend and I threw backpacks on our shoulders and headed to Thailand to ride elephants through the jungle. In March of 2015 we are packing up our lives into only what we can carry to embark on a year long round the world trip . As our trip gets nearer the anxiety and excitement is raging inside of me. I can not wait to see what the world has to offer, and what we have to offer the world.

Submerging ourselves in the culture of locals provides a clear depiction of a truer lifestyle out side of Orange County California. I want to live, eat and breath the way the locals do and uncover the secrets that are hiding below the surfaces. Dont get me wrong I still have my tourist bucket list, but for years I have used AirBnb for local and international travel and I have been provided richer experiences because of it.

For the last 10 years I have encompassed my life completely in my work. Between overtime, Volunteering, continued education and school I left little time for Interests other than close friends and the occasional rock show. I believe my truest passion is seeing the world and I have taken this time to invest myself solely in myself. I love tattoos and art. live music. wine. food, and more wine. photography and beautiful things. I love to cook and bake and have a good time.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I am a sucker for Marilyn Manson, My best friend and I spent an entire summer following him around his tour. He is old and Terrible these days but nostalgia keeps me buying tickets to his shows. I love Alice Cooper and all the classic rock bands. I mostly love live music, I loved listening to blues bands in New Orleans, ,the live band karaoke in New York and all the local OC musicians here at home. I havnt read anything of much literary value since High school. Mostly "Sally " novels about damaged souls. But I am reading the Game of Thrones series which may take me until my 60's to finish. I like to read but I rarely make time for it.

Ignoring the negative people's attempts of discouraging my trip to Thailand. I have found that people who do not travel have a deep fear of the out side world. And while they speak, not from experience, but from the regurgitated ignorance that fear of the world brings. Going to Thailand to ride elephants and embrace the unknown was an awakening venture that fed my soul in a way unimagined.
