ABOUT ME

Hi my name's Kasia, I've always described myself as shy but none of my friends would agree. I like to make people laugh and am really bad at describing myself over the internet, so if you'd like to meet up for coffee or tea or ice-cream let me know!

I've recently moved to Wroclaw for a few months and hope to meet some people to enjoy the lovely weather with :)

I'm studying Art in Seattle and hope to go into some design career, but of course that's the hardest part for me, deciding what exactly to do. I love water color painting and pen an ink, I guess because I get quite impatient at times so these can work quite fast, however you can always add to them days later if necessary. I love going to vintage shops and finding old stuff that smells like grannies. Don't let me buy anything though, chances are they'll only decorate my closet.

I'm just getting started here, I live where I work so it's not my place to host, but I hope to welcome some travelers once I get back to Seattle and get a nice extra place to sleep for them!

兴趣

Biking (casually, not really for sport! I have jogged three times in my life! I enjoy exploring cities (I am not a fan of getting lost, that's why I love locals)! Food! I think my dream job is to work for Pixar but I'm not sure yet, interneting is a sport I'm confident in.

I'm going to be quite honest here; I would love to be one of those people who read all the time however the last books I read were the Harry Potter books, the rest is articles on the internet on many unimportant things--but very interesting nonetheless!

Pixar films, Amelie, Studio Ghibli, Tina Fey/Amy Poehler..
I watch many shows and am behind on many shows because there are just too many out there.

I'm a Beatlemaniac! I love indie, and rock, but the classic doo-wop is a favorite as well. There's a bit of a stereotype for people from Western Washington as well--it's so often very grey, rainy and depressing here that we only listen to sad music. Sad music is some of the most beautiful music you can listen to! Yay sadness. I'll also listen to anything with a catchy tune and a good beat, can't help the pop sometimes. Ha

The pacific northwest is amazing, I may be a little biased though, since I grew up there. I haven't done too many amazing things in my life except make perfect puff pastry dough from scratch--twice.
