Hi! My name's Kasia, I'm from Poland but currently living in Exeter in England.

In few words about me: I'm open-minded, funny, always smiling and very empathic person.

I was studying Teaching French and English in Warsaw and worked as a French teacher for a while until I moved to England to study translation.

I like good food, I really enjoy cooking (especially with and for people). I'm a pescatarian (which means that I don't eat meat but from time to time I eat fish) but I don't mind if people around me eat meat. I also love books (oh yes) and tea and coffee and music and of course travels !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

because meeting new people is the best part of traveling :)

Interests

I like reading (I'm trying to read all the books from "Top 100 books BBC" list), I like watching movies and listening music. I love going out with my friends, I can't imagine my life without them, but also I like spending sometimes evening in my bed, with hot chocolate and good book.

I'm interested in different culture and languages: I speak Polish, French and English and recently I started to learn Portuguese. I want to be a polyglot so my list of languages that I want to speak is reaaaally long.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1) I lived in Paris for one year (and I saw Audrey Tautou!!!)
2)I've missed not one but TWO planes in the same week (I think I should receive an award)
3) I hitchhiked from Budapest to Grenoble in 17 hours (it is about 1400 km!)
