ABOUT ME

I guess I am a little adventurer who wants to see and experience as much as possible. I love nature. That is why I always try to consciously take in great moments when I am in the woods, fields, at the sea...or with friends on the beachvolleyball field! We live on a beautiful planet (right now anyway), one just has to take a look around!

I am curious about things I don't know and always want to get to know them.

I am not always punctual ( working on it though !). But I always try to be reliable and loyal: when friends need help I will try my best to support them.
Friends are something I couldn't live without!

I am a night person. When necessary I can get up at any time in the morning but I never manage to go to bed early. Luckily sleep is something you can cut short even for a longer period of time;) Somehow the funniest things happen in the evenings or nights...wouldn't want to miss those.

Family is really important to me. My parents are lovely and my brother is one of those persons I can talk to about everything. My plans for the future are to travel and experience and see many many places at first, then settle down and start a family (no need to hurry though ;)) Right now however, I am starting my career as a doctor....meaning I have to work a lot, night shifts and weekends included, so my free time has to be well planned ... :/

I can't cook. There are many many things I can tell you about German and Polish culture and things I would be happy to show you. But please don't expect me to cook any traditional food...you wouldn't like it;) But when you visit me, my boyfriend can do that !

I love to laugh and like to talk - a lot. So maybe better try to find out in person - I will love to tell you "all about me"!

I am happy for any suggestions how and where to spend free time in interesting ways- hopefully with many many people from all over the world !

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am really glad when I find the time to show people around in Munich. Also, as I really got around a lot in Germany in the last years I can show you many other cities. If you know where to look you can travel around Germany pretty easily and cheap , I am glad to help you find out !
I like to travel a lot, preferring the uncomplicated, simple way. ( I don't like hotels. They are to impersonal) If there is any place somewhere in your appartement ( couch, bed, hammock, sleeping mat, garden, balcony, bath tub...)I would love to visit and get to know you!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have started several years ago in Hamburg, where Anja showed me around. 2 months later i got the chance for a last minute trip to Turkey and met Memet, who assured me it would be perfectly ok to wake him up in the middle of the night when I arrive ( I usually don't do that, really ! ) Since then I learned to love this way of getting around and receiving guests.I spent amazing moments with great people in Brazil one summer - what would I have done without you ?! Gone missing probably ;) and then another fabulous adventures with Kiwis all around New Zealnd . Some of the people stopped by at my place several months after and we are still in touch... I don't know any better way to reach so many great and open minded people at once !

Interessi

Various! I love sport - especially everything connected to water ! Swimming, Sailing, kitesurfing, snowboarding, skiing, beach volleyball and everything in between...

Going to the movies, reading, playing (card) games with friends ( no gambling though )

When I am alone I love to tune up music and sing loudly - and probably not correct

Dancing! I have never had any professional training of any sort but it just feels good...even with basic skills it is a lot of fun and makes me happy. Some scientists say that dancing makes you feel as good as when one eats chocolate ( especially when you are female;) ).

Nothing in particular. I listen to different music - totally depending on my current mood. Right now its Latin Salsa beats for example :)

Ann from green gables ( This was my favourite book as a kid. I still love to read and reread it every several years )
