Hello fellow user of this great website! I've been traveling Asia for six months since the start of 2019 but now that I'm back I wish to do that same thing across my own beautiful continent named Europe. My means of transportation? The only vehicle a dutchman is aware of, the trustworthy bicycle.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I know about Couchsurfing for quite some years now, but I was always too much of a wuss to actually make use of it. When I cycled down from Stockholm to Amsterdam I started to realize that I craved the occasional warm shower more than I like to admit.

Travelling around Asia doesn't give you many chances to pursue any athlethic goals. I'm biking from Stockholm to Amsterdam to redeem my physical self.

I'm a huge fan of Yuval Noah Harari, the author of Sapiens, Homo Deus and 21 rules for the 21st century. Growing up I was a huge Harry Potter nerd. Marvel movies on repeat. I mean, who can't? It's basically like watching a multi-billion dollar budget tv-series at this point.
