About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Shed my fears, enjoy, dance, climb, connect
ABOUT ME
I'm a person who's curious and passionate about life, about experience and always seeking to expand my horizon and learn more about who I am. I try to be non-judgemental and non-complaining and I believe in openness and that I can learn from anyone. I don't belive in living according how other people expect me to live my life, but rather to do what feels right for me. That's why I practically quit my previous entire life with a well-paid job and a nice apartment and now live off the grid in a small community and try to find new angles of how to live a life in connection with my surroundings, both the people around me and nature. To live from love and not fear, to put happiness, fun, and love first!
At the moment I spend a lot of time on the house, the garden, being with my friends here, dancing, climbing, doing acroyoga
PHILOSOPHY
1) Appreciate what you have and enjoy it deeply right now!
2) Go for what you love and what makes you happy in life and not what other people expect you to do!
And... nothing is permanent in life, so don't cling to it and think it'll make you happy!
Oh yeah... and "practice what you preach" (I'm still working on that one) Talk is cheap...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Host as many people as possible and treating them as I myself would want to be treated (like friends)! When possible I take my CS visitors out and show them the city
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
What an amazing thing CS is!!! I have met so many wonderful people here already - it seems that most Couchsurfers are life-loving, openminded people that all have something interesting to share! For me couchsurfing is much more than a place to stay - first of all it's a way to share experiences with other people and to learn from them!

Living in nature, climbing (bouldering), photography, dancing (Lindy Hop mostly), philosophy (mostly eastern), yoga and meditation, astronomy, biology, politics... lots of stuff! I'm quite curious about just about anything!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Feeling like I'm on mushroom, but I'm not
Being alive and healthy and feeling overwhelmingly happy about it!
Lying head down in the open sea in a kayak, completely tired out while the rain hammers down on the water once you get your head up - water everywhere!
The amazing rice terrasses in Batad, Filippines - breathtaking!
Being robbed in Manila by a guy with a stone and trying to fight him... stupid
Dancing and just being one with the music, your partner... amazing!
My sister's wedding!
The Milky Way in a clear night sky... gazing out into a vast universe... I mean, how much bigger can it be!!!
And so many other amazing things in life...
Teach, Learn, Share
I could share my heart... I could teach you some swing moves, share what I've learned on shedding my fears in life, cooking Danish food (easy), do some basic acroyoga...
I can share about my progress of learning to shed my fears in life, how to live off the grid, how to quit the treadmill of modern capitalistic society and of course a lot of crazy travel stories! Probably I can share more stuff, you'll see :)
