About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To never be content... travel, adventure, culture, food, appreciation, knowledge... new horizons. To find the string that connects us all.
ABOUT ME
I'm the black sheep of my family - I will never be content to always remain in the the confines of my hometown.
Things I like: coffee from my French press, half-priced books, photography, dark chocolate, musical theatre, getting lost in a new city, food, wine, bicycles.
Things I dislike: being sandy, not being on time, powdered cheese.
PHILOSOPHY
"If you ask me what I came into this life to do, I will tell you: I came to live out loud." - Emile Zola
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have couch surfed my way through several European cities and all I can say is that having a guide is the way to make the most of your time wherever you are. Friends/aquaintances/total strangers - as long as they live there and love to travel, they'll know where to go.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent a year as a tour guide in Paris. The best experience of my life.

Obscure French history is my favorite... but I can also teach you how to do the Texas Two-Step on a boat on the Seine. Arts and crafts (mostly crocheting scarfs and blankets).
