Hello All! I'm a college student originally from Chicago, IL and attending school in Durango, CO. I have been living for several weeks in a small village in Andalusia, Spain. I speak very good Spanish (I would like to become fluent!) and I'm quite easygoing and friendly. I love being outside, singing, and dancing the night away!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've joined Couchsurfing because I have recently extended my trip for a few extra weeks and I would like to spend some time in the famous cities of Spain without spending a fortune! I also would love to have the experience of staying in a Spanish home either with a family, students like me or whoever is willing to share their home! I am new to Couchsurfing, but to me it sounds like an incredible opportunity to meet great, open-minded people.

He ingresado a Couchsurfing porque recientemente he extendido el viaje mío por unas semanas más y yo quería pasar el tiempo en las ciudades famosas de España sin gastar un montón de dinero! También me gustaría tener la experiencia de quedarme en un hogar español con una familia, estudiantes o cualquiera persona quien quiere compartir su casa! Couchsurfing ya esta nuevo para mí, y a mí suena como una oportunidad increíble encontrarse a nueva gente genial de mentalidad abierta.

Music! I love most types of music, but I love indie folk music, bluegrass, and some stuff that doesn't particularly have a name. Some favorites of late are: The Decemberists, Fleet Foxes, Alt-J, TOOL.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For Thanksgiving break my freshman year of college, I went on a 7-day backpacking trip walking along the Colorado river at the bottom of the Grand Canyon! It was truly amazing.
