I'm a chef from California that is in Peru studying Spanish and the cuisine. I practice yoga and occasionally like to go dancing. I'm in Lima currently until March for an internship at a local high-end restaurant as well as a Spanish immersion. After Lima I'm going to Iquitos to visit the Amazon for a month and then over to Cusco for a month or two. My ultimate goal is to end up in Latin Caribbean as a chef by June.

I like EDM in particular bass music. I also love classic jazz from Miles Davis to Frank Sinatra. I enjoy watching Netflix. I read a lot of books about chefs in their stories as well as cookbooks.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived and worked in New Zealand on a small island off the coast of Auckland as a chef. I also had my own radio show on a solar powered radio station there.

I love to share stories about traveling and any other experiences that changed your life for the better. I love to teach people how to cook. I'd love to learn other dishes as well as inspirational experiences in kitchens.
