Travelling is a way for me to understand the universe a little better. The most important questions known to us such as "How did life come to be" or "Are we alone in the universe" may remain unanswered in my lifetime, but through exploring the world and apprehending different cultures I like to think I'm unravelling the mysteries of life bit by bit.

Aside from my passion for travelling, I love to cook, mostly for other people. I've been told many times that I'm quite good at it so this is something I'm quite proud of. I also love to learn instruments. I know how to play the ukelele, guitar, and the piano, although admittedly I'm still in the process of being good at them.

I love to read as well. Films- ah the cinema. It's how I educated myself growing up.

It's difficult to define who I am as I'm definitely regrettably full of contradictions. But if there's one thing I can offer, it's long inquisitive conversations that will leave you the feeling that you have been heard and listened to.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I take pleasure in getting to know people and I think couchsurfing urges both the host and guest to get to know each other in non-transactional ways that Airbnbs or typical accommodation owners do not care to do.
