I'm an honest, and straightforward person, I try to get along with people but somehow I often end up in trouble. I’m curious about the world and love to see different perspectives in life, which is why I travel. I like third world countries, less visited places, chaos and nature.

I love travelling, meeting intelligent people, having interesting conversations, reading books, watching movies, learning new things and mind opening experiences.

I’m a Sagittarius, an introvert, a cat lover and not a morning person.

I’m not your average Polish - I have left home when I was 18 to live in the world, so when I go back I feel like an outsider. I studied in London, spent a lot of time travelling in Latin America and Asia, and lived in Bulgaria, Mallorca, Tenerife and now in Barcelona.

I listen to all sorts of music depending on my mood.

I love watching any movies as long as they have a good story. Some o my favourite directors are: Luis Buñuel, David Lynch, Woody Allen, Alfred Hitchcock, James Cameron, Christoper Nolan. Some of the movies I like: Titanic, Into the Wild, American Beauty, Requiem for a Dream, City of God, One Flew over a Cockoo's Nest, Girl Interrupted.

I read a lot and some of my favourite authors are: Hunter S. Thompson, Wilbur Smith, Gabriel Garcia Márquez, George Orwell, Mikhail Bulgakov, Leo Tolstoy, Mario Vargas Llosa, Isabel Allende.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Got lost at night in the rain on the way to a volcano in Indonesia

Slept in the Amazon jungle and swam in the river with the piranhas

Jumped the fence and got into Maya ruins without paying (I was a student, don’t judge me)

Got lost in the desert in Mexico while looking for Peyote

Travelled alone in Colombia and danced salsa in Cali

Survived a hurricane in Panama and a volcano eruption in Bali

Moved to London as a teenager with £50 to my name without knowing anybody there and somehow I survived

Lived on a boat on the Thames

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to cook and I’m always looking for new inspirations of dishes from other countries.

I can cook something, mostly Italian, Spanish or Asian food. I lack patience for the Polish food (takes hours to prepare).
