ABOUT ME

i've cruised my way this far through life not knowing exactly what i'm doing or where i'm going, but trying to make the most of every situation. i've been here and there and when life becomes stagnant and i settle into a routine, i feel the need to shake it up a bit.

i met some amazing people in the states a few years back and have recently visited again. i love how open and sharing the travelling community is and i think it's the best way to meet people. i can't wait to go on more adventures and meet more amazing people.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i am yet to personally host anyone, but when i lived in edinburgh my flatmates always had couchsurfers stay and I loved meeting and hanging out with them. they inspired me to do all the touristy things I'd neglected doing alone.

i have *just* moved to melbourne and am trying to sort my life out - hit me up if you want to catch up for food or beer or random adventures.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i've couchsurfed both officially and not. i've lived out of cars, tents, trailers and people's hospitality. this life has been a wild ride so far, though you meet the best people travelling.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't dislike film, I just never get around to watching much. I do like Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind, Pulp Fiction, Into the Wild, Sin City, Trainspotting, Fight Club, The Lion King. Tank Girl is my spirit animal and the new Mad Max film blew my mind.

I love music. Live music is my favourite thing. I have a roller coaster taste in music. Ask me what I'm currently into.
However it will always include Amanda Palme, Nick Cave, the Sex Pistols, Horrorshow, the Dandy Warhols, Toots and the Maytals, the Herd, tzu, Joelistics.

I don't read as much as I used to though some of my favourites are Bukowski, Kerouac, Nick Cave, A Clockwork Orange, Steppenwolf, Dorian Gray.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

this one time amanda palmer invited me on tour and we hung out for a couple of weeks. it was kinda amazing.
