ABOUT ME

My name is Katherine, but one day I started introducing myself as Kat to every new person I met, and now most people call me that. I like to be really silly and joke about tragic things. However, I also love to explore the more serious side of life and would consider myself, at times, a very contemplative person. I love to listen to people talk about their experiences and what they love about life; there seems to be real truth in it. I'm happiest when I'm on the move, whether it be walking, running, or dancing. So if you like to laugh and dance, I think we'll really get along!

Intereses

I am interested in a few things deeply and a lot of things marginally. I love travelling and feeling out of my comfort zone. I love weird food, especially mixing foods and finding new tastes.

I'd say I'm really interested in people, in mannerisms and that sense of moral fibre. I'm a lover of science, especially zoology and neurobiology.

I love to write and find it's a compulsion more than anything else. A painter friend of mine once told me that when she's painting, she doesn't see a picture in her head, her hands do all the work for her. That's how I feel about writing. I'm not the greatest reader, but find its really important.
