Grew up in Hungary, moved to the UK after the uni and worked with several social services (disability, children with SEN and in child protection) for 6 years, then I moved back home and turned towards office roles.
I am a creative DIY person with curiosity towards everything - and I usually learn about whatever interests me; currently studying interior design in an evening school :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am getting close to finish a 2-year long flat refurbishment and I desperately neeeed to get out of here! I haven't really travelled much apart from living abroad before, but I really want to start exploring, there are too many beautiful places to see in this world and too many cultures to get to know! I believe the best way to do this is through friendly locals who know the real things, not only the touristy places.
Hoping to find some support in this here, and of course once my flat is ready I am more than happy to become a host as well :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a real junkie for good series, thrillers and movies that stay in your head for days after watching them.
My all time favourite book is The Perfume from Patrick Süskind, but I mostly read psychological books nowadays.
My music taste is really wide - I grew up on my brother's band, so punk and rock lives in the corner of my heart, but apart from techno I listen to nearly everything and always open to new sounds :)

Refurbished my flat mostly by myself - vision, planning, tiles, flooring, painting, furniture, decoration, etc :)
