About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I spontaneously improvise most of the time :)

ABOUT ME

I'm a Hungarian who lived in London for more than 10 years and then relocated to Montreal, where I stayed for half a year. In 2016, I decided to move back to Hungary, found a job and since then I've been living in my home country with my boyfriend, who is my partner in life and all the things we do together.

I enjoy being busy and leading an active lifestyle, love to meet people, chat randomly about anything, enjoy eating out, cycling, walking with or without a certain direction, visiting concerts.
I am a fond of music, photography, travelling, literature and almost any form of self-expression.
I am very curious, imaginative, open-minded, fascinated by the smallest, silliest details, don't have prejudices, I believe in the beauty of diversity, in honesty, in connections between people, and that experience (even the bad ones) makes you richer.

PHILOSOPHY

You, a person as you are: a living mirror of the Whole who not only reflects everything but also being reflected by anything and anyone that you come across in life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I guess like everyone I had friends staying at my flat several times and vice versa. Apart from these occasion I haven't participate in couchsurfing officially.

Why I would like to couchsurf?
It's a really good idea to have friends all around the world, making real connections everywhere.

With the prevalence of virtual connections and social media, many are under the impression that we are more connected than ever. This is not entirely true.
The virtual connections are not enough and more emphasis should be given to real life experiences.

Interests

Amateur photographer, active in multiple sports, travelling several times a year. Decent singing abilities :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I travelled the Mediterranean region with nothing else than a backpack, a sleeping bag, my camera, some cans, instant noodles, coffee and a couple of cans of camping gas!

I slept on beaches, wherever the night found me, or in parks if nothing else was available. Like a real vagabond.
Once, a whole gypsy caravan parked next to my spot in the park of University of Thessaloniki.
They invited me to their fire, they played music all night long and the next morning, asked me if I wanted to join them!

Many-many strangers were kind to us. They invited us to their table, spoke with us, looked after our safety. This journey was one of my best travels of all times.
Not only because of the beautiful cities and natural areas but because of the people along the road! Ordinary people, who we could trust and they would be friendly and helpful and funny.
