ABOUT ME

Brian and I are both super happy, positive, and enthusiastic individuals. We enjoy good beer, whiskey, live music, campfires, hiking, rivers, and fun-lovin people! Brian plays the guitar, loves to ski, and has been learning to live off grid for the past three years. We both work in event production, Kat is a lighting technician and stage manager, Brian is a music promoter and festival organizer.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is what you make of it, and all of our experiences - both good and bad - make us who we are. Enjoy the journey! Always try to be conscience and conscientious. Relish the beauty of first times with an open heart, respect your elders, and trust in the universe.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now, we're looking to surf and meet some awesome like-minded people. We also love to host, just gotta live in one place first!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It's been awhile, but I'd like to get back! I've surfed in Europe and Asia, and hosted in Vancouver. Will look forward to hosting again once we settle down in California.

We like to build stuff, not just practical stuff like houses or saunas, but impractical things like a full size replica of a Spanish gallion that crashed into a pier and sunk into the dessert. If you're interested in going to burning man, we can give ya some tips. We also like to grow things. If you have a project that needs some enthusiastic muscle, we would love to help!
