I’m Katarina, from Slovakia ☺️

I have just finished my bachelor’s in French and Swedish at Charles University in Prague and I am planning to travel around Portugal as I have some free time.

I absolutely loveee traveling, seeing new places, meeting new people. I love enjoying simple things in life - getting coffee, hearing random artists’ concerts, taking a walk with no purpose, spending quality time with great people, making food …

I think that it is by meeting people from different places, traveling and experiencing that people learn. You broaden your horizons and realize that there is so much to life you don’t know about.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I want to travel Portugal solo and meet new people - see the non-touristy side of the country. I’ve already done Couchsurfing when I traveled in France during my Erasmus (but we traveled together with my friend and used her profile)

When I was in high school, I spent a month in India as an exchange student and it was the greatest experience I’ve ever had!

I can introduce you to Slovakia since it is like Narnia and nobody except Slovaks know it exists 😀

I can cook you something, we can talk about whatever, I can give you free French literature lecture if you want 😀 no but really, you are hostina strangers so I would love to make it as comfortable as possible for you ☺️

And I studies Portugese for a year in college, I know very little but it’s there somewhere, we can work on that 😄
