There is a lot of inconsistency in my personality, habits and hobbies.
I am organised but messy, down to earth, but optimistic about everything, very open and social but not a crazy, blathering chick.
Sometimes I am a party animal, and sometimes I prefer to stay home and read a good book.
I love to laugh, joke and smile - even when the jokes are not funny or not appropiate. I'm really tolerant, I believe that every person has his own strange habit or extraordinary character and that makes this person unique.
I like to hang out with my friends doing random stuff: having drinks, cooking, talking, playing games builidng igloos.
I enjoy being active - both on cultural aspects (theater, events, workshops, interesting lectures) and just sport activities - I use my bike to move around city, swimming, jogging, hiking, trying out new ones.
I'm also a little bit of a geek, I like comicbooks, playing comupter/board games - probably because I have an older brother who made me like "boy stuff" when I was little and, well, I still dig it!
Big part of me - I love nature. I was growing up in a city, so going away for a weekend and taking a "big breath" is essential for me. Mountains, forests, wilderness always make me take a moment, look around and just enjoy life. Those are one of my moments of happiness. Also, I have a huge respect for nature. I think we (people) have already made enough impact on planet so little effort wouldn't hurt anyone -not to trash around, consideration towards animals , segragation, trying to use public transportation, economical life style etc ;) I am not a hippie, but definitely trying to be eco and respective.
And now the inconsistency ;)
I graduated in urban planning! Haha! ;p
I love nature, and I love cities - to be exact - well planned and taken care of cities. Moreover, I enjoy discovering architecture, structure and cultural aspects of cities - when I visit new place I always carry a huge guidebook and read almost everything in it. Also in my city - Warsaw I try to be active as a citizen by participating in NGOs, being informed on what is going on in a city etc.
My professional interests are connectes with geoinformation, Smart Cities and modeling virtual 3D cities, I am currently working on my Uni and soon starting phd.

As most people here, I love travelling. When I look back at places I have been to, experiences and memories I have aquired, there is one conclusion - the best travels are directly connected to people I have been there with that made this time amazing. Traveling is not only about discovering new places, it is about discovering new people, new stories, new cultures. Getting to know local person gives you a totally new perspective on surroundings and brings it to a brand new quality level. And afterwards it gets better - you have a friend you can always welcome to your city/country and show it around (which I love to do!)

so much I cannot choose... Love book about traveling, urban issues (surprise surprise) writers: Kundera, Fowles, Szymborska, King... and the icing on the cake - Count of Monte Christo.

Films! Not enough space... I really admire David Fincher, Edward Norton, Heath Ledger and some others I do not remember right now. Fight Club, Seven, Big Lebovsky, 300, Eurotrip,Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, films about journey like The Motorcycle Diaries or Long Way Round, also TV series Friends, The Simpsons, South Park also the geeky ones like X-men.
