My name is Káťa (Katya) I'm a writer, singer and songwriter from Czech republic. I have two music bands, I love music, art, writing, running, cycling, surfing, paragliding and trying as many new as I can.
I have a dog - Border Collie named Charlie - and a cat - Jaimie.

I live in Prague now, but my heart is somewhere between the mountains and the ocean.

I love this idea - open your house to another people and let them feel like home with you, show them your city and lifestyle, be there for them - and don't want anything back - just respect, space and good vibes.

Interests

I love music, creating music, writing, songwriting, running, cycling, surfing, paragliding, my animals, a lot of books, places, people... I love cooking too, if I have time for it - and especially, I love nature - mountains, forest, ocean... I love old traditions and rituals, going back to the roots.

I'm traveling by myself a lot, cause it is the best way for me to practise how to stop my mind for a while.

Music, Movies, and Books

When I was younger, I really loved fantasy books, probably read every single one - now I am trying to read everything what is around - and what is talking to me. Just a little piece of it - Eckhart Tolle, Eduard and Míla Tomáš, Irving, John Connolly...
I love - and write - poetry too, love old Czech authors.

Acoustic music is on my top, but I am trying to be open to everything new. When I feel something with music, I don't care about genre.

Don't have much time for a movies or TV series right now, but in my days I've seen like everything :)). Much better to talk about it, I would spend here a lifetime trying to write it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spent a few days of my Palestine trip in the middle of Negev desert in Beduin village.

Managed to have a paraglide licence - so I am a pilot now ))

I also did my first half marathon in Lisbon this year, super proud.

I am also very proud of both of my bands, we are doing a great music, travel and concert throughout the country and I love it.
