About Me

CURRENT MISSIONS

Connecting and Unifying - within & without. Be humble to the world, be respectful to life, but live as full as possible!!

Personal missions: Study, read, listen, learn, expand, nurture connection/communication with others; Earth - planting, growing, nurturing; be open, be humble.

ABOUT ME

For the last 3 years I've been back home after 10 years of lots of travelling. I now want to repay the favour to any travellers out there, I can't host you unfortunately, but I can show you around the city!

Topics of talking interest include: Culture, people, food, Ecological regeneration, natural & holistic healing, health, quantum mechanics, the subconscious (it's effect on our reality and the effects of our environment on it), consciousness (extending mind & expanding awareness), collective intelligence (and the tools that are developed to coordinate groups to use this).

Important to know: I am tidy, respectful and observant. I learn quickly and always help hosts with household tasks.

PHILOSOPHY

Success is not the key to happiness, happiness is the key to success, if you love what you are doing, you will be successful.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I love it, one of the best ways to travel and meet people! Someone I met in Bali told me about it years ago, I joined and never looked back... through China, India, Western Europe & Brazil. My couchsurfing experiences helped me to move past any fears I had of travelling alone or to places very different! So many open, free-minded people are bound to have a positive impact :D

I have now hosted! People finally decided to visit little Seaford! But now I'm hitting the road again... and the Sea! looking forward to your wonderful couches, beds, floors and hearts :)

Interests

Music, Movies, and Books

Reggae, jazz, folk, funk, ska, afro-beat, Brazilian, psy-trance, classical, Indian classical & Indian folk

I like films that do something different or make you think, question and look at life differently... In fact I haven't watched as many films as I would like to watch, I rarely have time for TV or film, so if you have a good film that you'd like to watch - I'm open to watching it with you :)

I think 'The Prophet' by Kahlil Gibran is one of the most beautiful pieces of writing I've ever read.
At the moment I'm reading more for information, about the interests listed above

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitchhiking around Brazil for 10 months: communities, yoga, nature, waterfalls, ayahuasca ♥️, meeting Jeís -
perfect partner/travel comrade/best friend for me!

The great wall of China, just me and my friend on our own for miles and miles until the sun came up!

Also, meeting a family of brothers and sisters from round the world and travelling with them for months through India, on our own bus, on a Royal Enfield and on the magic of the universe...

Teach, Learn, Share

I really like all of these...

Normally I like to learn about my host as us travellers are always interesting people :p

I can teach and share anything I know about and anything I have with me...

What I Can Share with Hosts

Laughs, English, cooking/food from around the world, travel stories, cultural stories/thoughts/ideas, life ideas, anything I have in my bag...

Countries I’ve Visited

Cambodia, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Laos, Nepal, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

Countries I’ve Lived In

United Kingdom, Viet Nam
