Why I’m on Couchsurfing

At the moment, I'm looking for a place to stay in Dublin as I'm moving there shortly for work. Two things would be nice: a friendly host (I'm up for a chat after work!), and a bed to sleep in.

Music: alternative, electronic, alt rock, jazz & classical. Really very broad and varied, but mostly alternative

Books: favourites Catcher in the Rye, A Good Scent from a Strange Mountain, DH Lawrence, Bulgakov's A Young Doctor's Notebook, Chekov, brothers Strugatsky, George Saunders' Tenth of December, the Canterbury Tales, Victor Hugo, and many more.

Movies: Casablanca, Some Like it Hot, Andrei Tarkovsky, The Kid, Lawrence of Arabia, and many more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Moved twice to different countries, for a pretty great job that I applied to on a whim.

Also, taught drawing/sketching classes, which was very rewarding.
