I left the UK in February 2016 and have been travelling Central America since then. I have spent time in Guatemala, Nicaragua and Costa Rica and am now drawn to spend time in California.

The majority of my time travelling has been spent volunteering with different communities. I have gained lots of experiences so far developing my cooking skills and cooking for large numbers of people, organic farming and helping out at retreat centres. I love meeting new people, learning and growing as I travel.

I am interested in nutrition, herbs and plant medicines, sustainable living and holistic treatments.

I enjoy yoga, meditation, music, hiking, socialising and generally having fun!
