I am a full time student finishing my degree in psychology, I teach Yoga, work on a flower farm, and enjoy spending at least an 1 hour a day exercising.

To be able to afford coming to the windy city for a trauma informed teacher training at the Yoga View

Interests

I enjoy satisfying meals or desserts that leave your soul feel touched, as I do with deep conversations that make it seem like the person you speak with is not the much different. My yoga/meditation practice is indiscribable as the experience is different for all. However, it has transformed my being in truly wonderful ways. Enjoy exercising and moving the body in different ways through dancing, weight lifting, acrobats, or running. My favorite places to go to be alone is walking in the forest and feeling the connection with nature.
