About Me

book on the way... currently settling in to a new city in Germany while doing some interesting research and stuff.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I first used CS during an 8-months trip in 2009/2010 and I find it just great! I'm very interested in different life styles and I think CS is the best way to meet people around the world... and to stay in touch with them!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

SURFED:
2009: Cartagena (Colombia), San Juan (Puerto Rico), Antigua (Antigua & Barbuda), Martinique (France), Miami (FL, USA)
2010: Toronto (Canada), Melbourne (Australia), Brisbane (Australia), Sydney (Australia), Wellington (New Zealand), Auckland (New Zealand), Bangkok (Thailand), Hong Kong City (Hong Kong), Freiburg (Germany), Konstanz (Germany)
2015: Lyon (France), Zanzibar Town (Tanzania)
2016: Cali (Colombia), Pasto (Colombia), Baños de Agua Santa (Ecuador), Popayan (Colombia).
2018: Szczecin (Poland)

And I've already hosted many great and inspiring people in my flat in Konstanz!

Interests

I'm very eager to discover more and alternative ways of life and social living.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've found so many inspiring and amazing people everywhere I went around the world, which makes me very happy. Konstanz, the city where I lived for many years, has become my home and life-base where I know I can always return to and find what I need to be happy: great people and a unique landscape. Some years ago I had a very inspiring time in Barranquilla (Colombia) where I returned to in August 2016.
On my travels around the globe I have seen - among other things - the impressive variety of nature and people in the Caribbean, the great power of the Niagara Falls (Ontario, Canada) and the amazing rocks of Australia's south cost, as well as the fascinating wild life of Tanzania's National Parks.
Recently, I've spend 5 great months living in France (Dijon) where I improved my french language skills.
In 2015 I participated in a psychological research project in schools in Tanzania and travelled around this impressive country!
