Hiya! I'm Kate, currently a public servant studying UX/UI design and hoping to transition into that field in the very near future.

I live in beautiful Brisbane, Australia and adore the warm weather lifestyle.

I'm an avid traveller, cyclist, gardener, cook and foodie and there's nothing I love more than checking out local spots with fabulous people! I'm really into quality conversations over a bottle of wine and a good meal. I love to soak up the culture of the city I'm in and thoroughly enjoy sitting in the sun and people watching.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To see the world a little differently and meet wonderful folks I wouldn't otherwise come across! I've had my Couchsurfing account for ages but I've not yet had an opportunity to use it. I'm doing some travelling over the next couple weeks and it feels like a great time to try it out!
