I work in academia and it's hard for me to budget getting away and traveling, but I make room for it because honestly, travel is one of the most important priorities in my life.

I love to travel- solo travel when I can (otherwise I'm with my fiance), and this seems like it is a great way to meet up and find cool new spots I wouldn't see if it weren't for knowing the locals.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Taking a hike near Denver and seeing Red Rocks Amphitheatre- though I did not see a concert, standing on the stage where so many of my most idolized musicians stood was a breathtaking and indescribable experience.
