Overview
About Me
I'm a chronic sufferer of wanderlust and backpacked around Europe for two months in the summer of 2015. I am now working on my PhD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. I am a total nerd about most things, especially science, and love learning. I can get comically excited about nature. My passions include hiking, camping, beer, running, horseback riding, hoop dancing, live music, reading, and discussing the nature of the world/universe with anyone who's willing. A favorite topic of mine is futuristic technology and its potential impacts on society. I really like feminism, the Grateful Dead (I'm a bit of a hippie at heart), and thinking positively.
