ABOUT ME

I was raised a small-town farm girl that got a love of travel from my mother. I love history and art, so choosing to go on a Greco-Roman study abroad program was a easy choice for me! I love to cook and bake and entertain. I enjoy going out, but also like to kick back at home with a movie and good wine. Reading is a passion of mine; my favorite book is Pride and Prejudice; I also love O. Henry.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I will forever remember waiting for the sun to set over the Aegean at Sunion. ...the small purple flowers growing along the cliff, the white chalky stones that people used to play tic-tac-toe on the rocky hill, the temple to Poseiden that was bathed by light and shadows, creating a beautiful chiaroscuro effect...
