ABOUT ME
I'm interested in how strong and sustainable communities are created and maintained, and I've volunteered and worked on lots of community projects in Australia and Asia/Pacific.
I've lived in several cities and I love getting to know new people and learning what is important to them.
I like to get out of my comfort zone and challenge myself.
PHILOSOPHY
I work hard for things I believe in because it makes life meaningful, but I also love to relax and have fun.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I haven't done a lot of couchsurfing, but I've spent lots of time in other people's homes as an exchange student in Germany, living with a family in PNG doing volunteer work, and with colleagues while working overseas.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Lived in the jungle in Papua New Guinea with a bunch of great friends, building a health centre together.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm an architect, and I've spent the last few years setting up a non-profit social enterprise that helps communities to improve their neighbourhoods. Projects I have loved working on include floating vegetable gardens, working with school children to design environmental projects at their school, building a health centre in PNG and a park.
I'd like to learn more about community/sustainability projects and organisations in the countries I visit. I'd like to practice Spanish!
I like sharing cooking, stories, fun.
