ABOUT ME

It's quite hard to describe yourself but I'll try... I am very enthusiastic, outgoing and talkative person, graduate of Arts management, who loves to laugh and enjoy life. I'm very passionate with everything I do.

I would say I'm pretty adventurous too. After living and working in 5 countries and travelling around half of the world I figured out that I'm the happiest when I'm on the snow, teaching skiing or snowboarding and sharing my passion for snow sports. The times off season just give me more opportunities to travel!

I have just finished a winter season at Sahoro Resort in Hokkaido, Japan and I'm going to explore Philippines for 3 weeks before I head over to New Zealand for another winter season at the Remarkables ski area near Queenstown.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Being a world traveller I'm mostly surfing. But I'm happy to host when I'm back home in Prague and show you around our magical historical town. On my Half of the world journey I have met so many generous people, who have hosted me and my friends with all the hotel service provided so now I feel I should definitely reciprocate.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Staying already with more than 50 CouchSurfers I started to develop my own hosts ranking. Starting with Lifetime friends and life saviours - CouchSurfers that would do everything for you and nearly become your family members - to Never again experience with CouchSurfers who would kick you out of their house.

What I love about CouchSurfing the most, except for the cultural exchange, is the fact that it makes you visit places where you've never been before even if it is in your own hometown.

Interests

I love to meet different kinds of people and talk to them. That's why travelling has been my biggest passion next to snowboarding and skiing. I also love ice-skating and ice cream. Seems that I'm cold loving person with a warm heart. :-)

I also like to dance and roller blade.

I studied Theatre management, so art is my huge interest too.

1) Road-tripping alone in the Alaskan wilderness

2) Driving a Volkswagen Transporter T3 from Czech Republic to India.

3) Hiking up the Athabasca Glacier in Jasper National Park/Canada

4) Climbing up the Eldfell volcano on Westman Island/Iceland

5) Diving into the Delirium Dive at Sunshine Village Ski and Snowboard Resort/Canada

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm an experienced and certified snowboarding and skiing instructor, so if there is at least a small snow covered slope nearby, I can teach you that.

I would love to learn surfing and find out weather it feels similar to riding through deep powder snow.

I have seen the hill and know by heart it's second longest geographical name in the world: Taumata­whakatangihanga­koauaua­outamatea­turipukakapiki­maunga­horonuku­pokai­whenua­kitanatahu. Lets share the fun by saying it together.
