ABOUT ME

On the 3rd of March 2010 I embarked on my round the world adventures.. just me and my back pack for the next 9 months!!!

Well I'm s 27 year old Aussie girl, who is pretty laid back, loves to chat, laugh, have a drink, go for a run (obviously not all at the same time!)

During the hours of 9 till 5 I'm an accountant.

Outside this time is where all the fun stuff happens, Im a keen photographer, and my Canon EOS40D is never far far from my side. Also into sport, Im a very keen rugby union fan, and can't believe Im going to be in Scandanavia during the Super 14 season!

I also train at the gym, I walk a lot, run, and box and ride my bike. On the weekends I can be found hanging out with my friends, shopping, socialising, hitting the beach or just plain chilling out.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted my first couch surfers last year, and since then Im hooked. Such a fabulous way to meet people, show them around your city.

I love everything about couch surfing, meeting people, hearing their stories and seeing a city through their eyes.

I also recently was in a documentary in Copenhagen where some local uni students were doing a doco on surfing.

Books - I am a huge reader, some recent favourites are Eat Pray Love, The Alchemist, Its not about the bike. Love biographies, peoples stories and of course anything by lonely planet.
Music - Everything from The Black Eyed pease to Frank Sinatra. P!nk is my fav.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I did a gap year in 2001 after I finished high school, at the age of 17 left Sydney to live in England for 12 months - this is pre facebook, couch surfing and digital camera days.. oh how things have changed!

Lived in Auckland for 2 years, that was pretty cool.
