About Me
Hello from Mother-Russia! My name is Katya!
And I can't live without adventures! That's why I'm here :)
I'm a big fan of Ibero-American countries, especially Brazil, so I firmly believe that if I don't travel there, then my life will be lived in vain :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
We live in a century of globalization, therefore the sphere of my professional and personal interests are connected quite strongly. Currently I'm studying Master's in cross-cultural and social-organizational psychology in my home university and moved to Leuven for an exchange semester.
I believe that Couchsurfing and a look at how locals' life is arranged from within helps to know and understand other cultures.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Long story short - spent the night in the 24-hour ATMs in Venice :D
Lesson number one: starting to explore the sights of Venice from the very dawn - is the best decision to avoid a large crowd of people :)
You can look negatively at the problems that have arisen, but to see the positive side is a big victory :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I'll teach you some cool phrases in Russian, break your stereotypes about our country and bring with me a good mood and souvenirs :)
