Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To travel every continent
ABOUT ME
I have traveled across North, Central and South America, Europe, Africa and Asia but yet to venture to Australia! Native English speaker and attempting to learn French, German and Spanish.
PHILOSOPHY
Spend as much time exploring the world as possible, life is too short not to.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
CS has given me more genuine experiences of the places I visited. I love the cultural exchange that comes from staying with local people who have so much insight to offer. Instead of following a guide book you can socialise with people who live in each place and spend time getting to know them whilst practising languages together.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
CS has been awesome so far, the people you meet are incredible. I've made some lifelong friends. Hosts are not only generous with giving you a lovely place to stay but they are giving up their time to make you feel at home and help you to explore their city. This local knowledge is invaluable, you get to discover a whole new personal and hidden world.
Interests
Discovering new cuisines and cooking, diving and surfing, music, (particularly live - especially at festivals). I enjoy reading and writing, something I try to do quite a lot of on the road. I studied yoga in India to become a teacher and love visiting new studios. I'm also a Burner, only Nevada so far, but I'd like to explore some more regional Burns too.

Music, Movies, and Books
I have a small problem with films...I always fall asleep, even in the cinema! But nevertheless enjoy watching the latest releases on planes though.
Music... everything from folk to old school hip hop. Fleetwood Mac, Rolling Stones and Alt J.
I'm always reading on the train and in hammocks, wish there was more time in the world for such a simple life pleasure. My favourite books are my own self written travel diaries. Re-reading my experiences years later is an amazing treasure.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Maybe listening to the Dalai Lama in India, that was pretty amazing.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am able to teach yoga, and always happy to share this.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Infectious enthusiasm and a love for life...and cooking. Making food and eating together is a wonderful way to share.
