I love to meet new people and am a social butterfly. I am very interested in the healing arts. I am a massage therapist and holistic health practitioner. I also guide meditations and hold sound healings. I am spiritual and open minded. I love to learn new things and expand my awareness. Adventuring is one of my favorite things to do. I enjoy yoga, meditation, most music, dancing, hiking, biking, hot springs, camping, cooking to name a few of my interests.

I love meeting new people. I believe the best way to learn about a culture is to spend time with the people who reside within that country and community. I want to fully engage with the land and its people.

I love to cook meals for myself and my friends and loved ones. I believe its important to have daily weekly physical activity. Mindfulness is very important so meditation and yoga are things I like to practice regularly. I enjoy teaching people and learning from people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

While in Costa Rica by myself I hiked 2 hours to get to a waterfall oasis. Meeting new friends at the water and hitched a ride from them to the top of the hill. Where I then gave some locals directions and they then picked me up and dropped me off near my community living residence. The adventure to the waterfall was nice and challenging but so worth it when I finally made it.
