Hello there!
My name is Kat, aka (@katsglobe) 🌞 i absolutely love traveling - my favorite country in the world in Colombia. I graduated from college in Dec 2017 & began backpacking for a few months. While I was there I realized I’m not cut out for the corporate / traditional lifestyle. In April 2018, I launched my own online marketing business. I did this so I could live out my dream of traveling while working remotely!! Next stop is Argentina :)
Through my studies, travels, volunteer experiences and young adulthood, I have found my passion for other cultures, people and life. I am a very happy person, who loves to make new friends! In college, I spent a bunch of time volunteering in the local community, raising money for pediatric cancer, studying and partying ;) I love to have fun and try new things! I am hoping couchsurfing can connect me to other link-minded people!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was lucky enough to discover my passion for exploring the world and new cultures and my late teens. Well, I am not sure if that's lucky because now I am stuck with the travel bug. Traveling makes me happier than anything in this world, but it's the people I've met while traveling that solidify the experience for me. I feel that those you meet traveling, cross your path for a reason and you can always learn something new from anyone you meet. I think Couchsurfing is a great way to immerse in the country, while meeting wonderful people along the way!
