ABOUT ME

After graduating university last spring I set off for three months of hiking and backpacking down the western coast of South America. After many, many incredible adventures through Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru, I'm heading back to the U.S. to continue my travels through the Pacific Northwest and California.

When i'm not on the trail, I work as a freelance journalist and editor with a focus on politics and environmental issues. I'm happiest when my time is spent outdoors and around good people.
